Warranty Policy

  1. Viewpro gimbal cameras:
Viewpro provides 12months quality warranty for Viewpro brand gimbal cameras since delivery. You can apply for our product warranty service if there is a performance failure during the effective warranty period.
Warranty conditions: Quality issues only. Devices with below conditions will be out of warranty range even if within warranty period:
× Damaged by any reason
× Out of order caused by improper usage (including but not limited: IR thermal camera points to the sun, improper powered),
× Failure caused by misoperation or software/firmware parameter configuration without authorization
× Disassembled without authorization from Viewpro
× Other circumstances not listed but can be proved its not quality problem or firmware/software bug.
  1. Viewpro UAV:
Viewpro provides 6months quality warranty for UAV since delivery. You can apply for our product warranty service if there is a performance failure during the effective warranty period.
  1. DJI, T-Motor, Tarot and other brands products:
According to each brand warranty policy, Viewpro will provide standard quality warranty for each product bought from www.Viewprouav.com. Please refer to the warranty conditions and detailed information in each product description.

What to do Before Obtaining After-sales Service
Before obtaining after-sales service, the following steps must be taken:
√ Follow the procedures specified by Viewpro as shown in the “Viewpro General After-Sales Service Flow” part.
√ Backup all data contained on your product’s SD card.
√ Except for flight logs, remove all data, including confidential information, proprietary information and personal information, from the product. Or, if you are unable to remove any such information, modify the information to prevent its access by another party or so that it is not personal data under applicable law. Viewpro shall not be responsible for the loss or disclosure of any data, including confidential information, proprietary information, or personal information, on a product returned or accessed for warranty service.
√ Provide Viewpro with all system passwords, if necessary.
√ Provide Viewpro with sufficient and safe access to your product, so Viewpro can provide service as needed.
√ Remove all additional parts, alterations, and attachments not covered under warranty.
√ Ensure that the product or part is free of any legal restrictions that prevent its replacement.
√ If you are not the owner of a product or part, obtain authorization from the owner for Viewpro to provide warranty service.


Maintenance Service

If your products got fault, you can contact with our after-sales center via support@viewprotech.com to get professional technical support or maintenance service. The service and repairing will be free of charge if the products are within warranty period and warranty conditions.
